Appointments:

Scheduling: Appointments can be scheduled through our website, by phone, or via email.

Confirmation: Clients must return the signed contract within 2 business days after the online

Intake: Failure to return or sign the contract in a timely manner may result in the cancellation of the appointment.

Cancellation Policy: Clients have the option to cancel the contract within 2 business days

after returning it, if necessary.

Payments:

Rates: Rates for social media management services are determined based on the needs of the client.

Payment Methods: Payments can only be made via electronic transfer.

Payment Terms: Payments must be made in full, without any deductions, after the approval of the content calendar, unless otherwise agreed upon in advance.

Outstanding Balances: Clients with outstanding balances must settle these before further services can be provided.


Confidentiality and Data Protection:

Data Confidentiality: All information provided by the client to the social media manager will be treated confidentially. This includes, but is not limited to, business information, strategic plans, and financial data.

Use of Data: The social media manager will use the provided data solely for the execution of the agreed-upon services as described in the agreement. Data will not be shared with third parties without prior client consent unless required by law.

Data Security: Appropriate measures are taken to protect the provided data against loss, theft, or unauthorized access. This includes using secure systems, encryption where necessary, and adhering to industry standards for data protection.

Data Retention Period: Data will be retained for the duration of the agreement and for a

reasonable period thereafter unless otherwise agreed. Upon termination of the agreement, all provided data will be destroyed or returned to the client upon request.

Client Rights: The client retains all rights to the provided data. Upon request, the social media manager will return all data to the client or destroy it unless legally required otherwise.


Changes to Privacy Terms: If any changes are made to these privacy terms, the client will be notified in a timely manner and consent will be sought as required by applicable law. Limitation of Liability Taygoodz is not liable for any incidental, consequential, indirect, or special damages, loss of profits, or business interruptions caused or alleged to be caused by the performance or non-performance of the services. The client agrees that, in the event Taygoodz is held liable for such loss, the client’s sole remedy against TayGoodz is limited to a refund of the payments made for the services, minus costs paid to subcontractors or third parties. Taygoodz is not liable for errors resulting from inaccurate or incomplete information provided by the client to TayGoodz. The client also agrees not to seek damages exceeding the contractual limitations through lawsuits by or against other parties.

TayGoodz is not liable for costs, damages, or delays due to causes beyond its control, including but not limited to, unforeseen site characteristics; changes in policies, changes in services.

Privacy: Client confidentiality is our top priority. Personal information is handled

confidentially in accordance with applicable privacy laws.



Miscellaneous

Severability: If any provision of these terms and conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

Entire Agreement: These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between the parties regarding the subject matter herein and supersede all prior agreements and

understandings, whether written or oral.
